How is AI usage measured?
Each plan ships with a monthly AI capacity in EUR. Every AI call accrues actual cost against that capacity. The capacity is guaranteed for the active billing period and only adjusted at renewal with at least 30 days’ notice.
How do Business seats work?
Business Plus and Business Pro come with 5 seats included in the base price. Add more editors at €15/extra seat (Plus) or €39/extra seat (Pro). Each extra seat also adds capacity to the shared monthly AI envelope.
What is the difference between Individual and Business?
Individual plans are for one user. Business plans add team management and shared workspace access, plus a larger shared monthly AI capacity that grows as you add seats.
What is in Enterprise?
Enterprise stays custom. Pricing, seats, monthly AI capacity, support level, and integration scope are handled directly instead of fixed public checkout terms.
What happens if my team uses up the monthly AI capacity?
You will see clear notifications at 50%, 80%, and 100% of capacity. Hitting 100% pauses tenant-billable AI requests until the next billing period unless overage is enabled on the subscription.
